Simple Recipe: 2 pounds: wild and fresh clams. 1 12oz. lager beer. 4 tsp: olive oil. 2 tsp: red pepper chili flakes. 4 tsp finely chopped: garlic, parsley and cilantro. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Cook garlic, parsley, cilantro and red pepper flakes for about 2 mins. Add the beer, bring it to a boil, then add the clams.
