Luscious and refreshing Kale Salad. Organic kale, strawberries, olives, and cucumber are a great mix for a colorful and tasty salad. I had it with a juicy wild fish fillet.

1 cup: strawberries.
3 tbs: mixed olives.
2 handfuls of baby-kale or kale.
Sprinkle fresh black pepper and olive oil to taste.
Serves 2-4. Chop, Mix, and Enjoy!
