A simple and delicious dinner. Grapefruits are a little sour, very refreshing, and great for your health. They are full of nutrients and excellent source of Vitamins A and C. Avocado, grapefruit, and shrimp is one of my favorite combinations mixed together in an easy to make and powerful salad. Buy organic and fresh ingredients if possible. Happy great meal!
1 lb. shrimps.
1 lime juice.
4 handfuls of kale.
Sprinkle black pepper and olive oil to taste.
Note. Pan fry uncooked shrimps with garlic and a little bit of butter until they turn pink.
Serves 2-3. Mix and Enjoy!
