Simple Recipe:

1 red beet.
1 banana.
1 inch of raw ginger.
2 cups: baby-kale.
2 cups: almond milk.

Optional:
4 tsp: chia seeds.

Serves aprox. two 14oz. glasses. Blend for approximately 60 seconds and Enjoy!
