Simplest Cilantro Smoothie

Very Simple, Delicious, and Super Green Smoothie. Only three main ingredients to buy, chop, and blend. It is a personal size recipe, but just double the quantities for a healthy two.

Simple Recipe:

1 cup: cilantro.
1 cup: pineapple.
1 cup: fresh orange juice.

Optional:
2 tsp: flax seeds.

Serves aprox. one 16oz. glass. Blend and Enjoy!
