Dinner is almost ready with these easy to make and delicious Salmon Skewers. Use organic and fresh produce if possible. Be Healthy and Be Happy!
1 red pepper.
1 green pepper.
1 pound of salmon.
Seasoning: black pepper, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Cut salmon into cubes and vegetables into slices. Sprinkle with black pepper, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Thread salmon and veggies slices onto four or more skewers. Brush each side of the skewers with organic butter or olive oil. Cook medium heat until golden.
Serves 2. Enjoy with a salad!
