Morning of Beets

Beets are not my favorite, but check out this delicious and easy way to incorporate these highly nutritious food in your green smoothie. The color is simply gorgeous, Cheers!

Simple Recipe:

1 orange.
1 red beet.
2 handfuls of spinach.
Generous hint of raw ginger.
1 cup: fresh orange juice.
1 cup: water.

Optional:
4 tsp: hemp seeds.

Serves aprox. two 16oz. glasses. Blend and Enjoy!
