Super Kale-Apple Salad

My favorite salad lately, it’s very easy to make with a few super food ingredients.
Buy organic and fresh ingredients if possible. Be Healthy! Be Happy!

Simple Recipe:
1 avocado.
1 granny apple.
4 tsp: hemp seeds.
2 handfuls of kale.
2 tsp: parmesan cheese.

1 lime juice.
1 tsp: dijon mustard.
Sprinkle black pepper and olive oil to taste.

Serves 1-2. Chop, Mix, and Enjoy!
