Simple Recipe:
1 red apple.
1 big lime.
1 handful of baby-spinach.
1 handful of cilantro + parsley.
1 cup: water.
1 cup: fresh orange juice.
Optional:
2 tsp: chia seeds.
Serves aprox. two 16oz. glasses. Enjoy!
