Frozen Berries for a Hot Summer

Summer, hot, blue skies, and chilled green smoothies!

Simple Recipe:

2 cups: frozen berry blend (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries).
2 handfuls of baby-spinach.
1 cup: coconut water.
1 cup: water.

2 tsp: hemp seeds.

Serves aprox. two 16oz. glasses. Blend and Enjoy. Happy Monday!
