Getting ready for another exciting trip and using almost everything that I found in the fridge 🙂
Simple and Organic Recipe:
1 cup: strawberries.
1/2 cup: mix olives.
1/2 cup: quinoa.
Sprinkle: black pepper and cheese (parmesan or gouda).
Optional: garlic toasts.
Serves 2. Mix and Enjoy!
