Extra Veggies on a Wednesday!

Adding lime and ginger for a refreshing taste. Enjoy!

Simple Recipe:

1 orange.
1/2 lime.
2 medium carrots.
2 celery sticks.
Generous hint of raw ginger.
2 handfuls of baby-spinach.

1 cup: coconut water.
1 cup: water.

Optional:
2 tsp: chia seeds.

Serves aprox. two 16oz. glasses.
