A lovely and very Nutritious Smoothie before Yoga :). Blend Beets, frozen Raspberries, frozen Spinach, and Lime for a refreshing day. I am not a fan of beets in my salads, but loving them lately in my morning smoothies!

2 cups: frozen spinach.
1 cup: frozen raspberries.
1 cup: water.
1 cup: coconut water.
4 tsp: chia or hemp seeds.
Serves aprox. two 14oz. glasses. Blend and Enjoy!
