St. Patrick’s Smoothie
Happy St.Patrick’s Day! Green day deserves a celebration with a super yummy and healthy green smoothie. Have a sparkling green day!

Simple Recipe:
1 lime.
1 cup: kale.
1 cup: cilantro.
1 granny smith apple.
2 cups: coconut-water or water.
Optional:
4 tsp: hemp seeds. An orange to garnish 🙂
Serves aprox. two 16oz. glasses. Blend and Enjoy!
