Refreshing Kale Salad

Colorful, delicious, and very simple to make Kale Salad. Organic kale, tangerines, lime, and some seeds are the perfect mix for a nutritious salad. I had it with a juicy wild fish fillet.
Buy organic and fresh ingredients if possible. Be Healthy and Be Happy!

Simple Recipe:

2 tangerines.
1 lime juice.
2 cups of kale.
2 tsp: hemp or chia seeds.

Sprinkle black pepper and olive oil to taste.

Serves 1-2. Chop, Mix, and Enjoy!
