Powerful Vitamin C

Orange juice, kiwi and lime are full of vitamin C which helps prevent and/or treat numerous health conditions, like cancer, cardiovascular disease, and common cold, due to its function as an antioxidant and its role in immune function. Follow this simple and delicious way to keep a healthy mind and body. Use only one, instead of two, cup of fresh orange juice and add one cup of water, if you don’t like it to be too sweet ;).

Simple Recipe:

1 lime.
2 kiwis.
2 cups: kale.
2 cups: fresh orange juice.

Optional:
4 tsp: hemp seeds.

Serves aprox. two 14oz. glasses. Blend for approximately 60 seconds and Enjoy!
