Greek Yogurt Smoothie
A beautiful green color, a little sour, full of protein and still delicious. Cheers!
Simple Recipe:
2 kiwis.
1 banana.
2 handfuls of baby-spinach.
1 cup: plain greek yogurt.
1 cup: water.
Optional:
4 tsp: hemp seeds.
Serves aprox. two 14oz. glasses. Blend and Enjoy!
