Simple Recipe:
2 handfuls of kale.
2 oranges.
1 big carrot.
a generous hint of raw ginger.
1 cup: milk.
1 cup: water.
Optional:
2 tsp: hemp seeds.
Serves aprox. two 16oz. glasses. Enjoy!
