Cashew Lovers

Delicious sweet cashew notes in a very green smoothie. Cheers!

Simple Recipe:

1 ginger-gold apple.
1/2 cup: raw cashews.
1 handful of kale.
1 handful of spinach.
2 cups: water or coconut water.

Serves aprox. two 16oz. glasses. Blend and Enjoy!
