Bee Green Smoothie

Bees could not resit the healthy benefits of this gorgeous green smoothie.

Simple Recipe:

1 persimmon.
2 medium carrots.
2 handfuls of baby-spinach.
1 cup: milk or almond milk.
1 cup: water or ice.

Optional:
4 tsp: chia seeds.

Serves aprox. two 16oz. glasses. Blend and Enjoy!
