Simple Recipe:

1 kiwi.
1 lemon.
1/2 big cucumber.
10-15 mint leaves.
2 handfuls of spinach.
2 cups: coconut water.

Optional:
4 tsp: chia or hemp seeds.

Serves aprox. two 14oz. glasses. Blend for approximately 60 seconds and Enjoy!
