The Detox 2

Full of greens with a refreshing taste!

Simple Recipe:

2 kiwis.
1/2 big lime.
1/2 big cucumber.
10 leaves of mint.
1 handful of parsley.
1 handful of baby-spinach.

2 cups: coconut water.

Optional:
2 tsp: hemp seeds.

Serves aprox. two 16oz. glasses.
